Once you proceed, our scheduling team explains the installation process and keeps you informed about the expected timeline. We coordinate the requirements leading up to installation, including equipment ordering and site preparation.
3. Professional Installation

Whether you are installing a residential solar system, upgrading an existing system or adding battery storage, our team coordinates the installation from start to finish.
4. Inspection and Compliance
After installation, the system goes through the required inspection and compliance process. Our team manages the required documentation and works through the next steps following the inspection.
5. CES and Documentation
Following inspection, our documentation team manages the required paperwork and CES process. This can take approximately 15 days after inspection, depending on the relevant processing requirements.
6. Meter Configuration and Energy Provider Submission
Our team also assists with smart meter configuration and the documentation required for the relevant energy provider and grid connection process, so you do not have to figure out the paperwork yourself.
7. Customer Handover and Ongoing Support
Once your system is operational, our relationship with you does not stop. We help customers understand their monitoring applications and provide guidance on how to track their solar generation, household consumption and battery performance.
